Return and Refund Policy

At Luxaura, each product is handcrafted with care and personalized just for you. We take pride in the quality of our work and aim to deliver exactly what you expect. That said, we understand that issues may arise. Please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Returns for Customized Products

Since customized products (e.g., engraved bracelets, rings, pendants) are made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for them — unless the product is:

  • Received in damaged condition

  • Delivered with wrong customization

  • Has a manufacturing defect

In such cases, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery, along with an unboxing video as proof. So we will redeliver,exchange or replace the product within 5 working days. Without this, we may be unable to process your request.


2. Returns for Non-Customized Products

Non-customized products can be returned under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and in original packaging

  • Return is requested within 3 days of delivery

  • An unboxing video is provided for verification

Once approved, you may be required to ship the product back to us. Return shipping charges may apply unless the error was on our side.


3. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (or verify the issue via video proof), your refund will be credited to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refundable amount (if eligible) will be transferred via UPI or bank account as provided by the customer.


4. Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Orders for customized products can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.

  • After that, they enter production and cannot be changed or cancelled.

  • Non-customized orders may be cancelled within 2 hours.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, Luxaura will not be responsible for a refund. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before placing the order.
