1. Order Processing Time

Customized Products: Since all our products are made-to-order, please allow 5–7 business days for production before shipping.

Non-Customized Products: These are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Other Locations (PAN India): 5–7 business days
Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to location, courier delays, or during peak festive seasons.
3. Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal ₹80 advance is charged for customized COD orders.
This helps us avoid fake orders and ensures your product is reserved and produced for you.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link on your registered email and WhatsApp/SMS.
You can also track your order anytime by contacting our support team.
5. Delivery Partners
We work with reliable courier partners like XpressBees, Delhivery, and BlueDart to ensure safe and timely delivery.
6. Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.
Luxaura will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
7. Delays or Issues
In rare cases where delivery is delayed due to unforeseen events (weather, strikes, courier backlog), we’ll keep you informed and work with the logistics provider to resolve the issue.

8. International Shipping
